I agree with you. If you skim through a lot of them, they generally say the same thing- be outgoing, confident, all that jazz. If you need help from a book in order to understand how to date someone/understand the “dating scene” then I think you really need to get out more and socialize. You can read a lot of good information from a book, but you’ll never truly understand it unless you live it.
